Request Difficulty: More difficulty level differences

    I'm going to put a list of possible attributes that can change with the difficulty level. Feel free to add to it:

    Fire Flowers:
    Very Easy: Not relevant (you keep your items when taking damage)
    Easy: Fire Flowers to recover your items will appear after you die, but not after you continue
    Normal: Fire Flowers to recover your items will appear no matter how many times you take damage, but not after you die
    Hard: Fire Flowers will only appear if you take damage, get a Mushroom, and then get another power-up without taking damage (how it works now)
    Very Hard: Not relevant (you die in one hit)

    Robot Master Weapon Energy:
    Very Easy and Easy: All weapon energy is restored at the start of each level
    Normal and Hard: All weapon energy is restored at the start of each world
    Very Hard: No free refills

    Flagpole Bonus:
    Very Easy and Easy: Get a 1up if you touch the top of the flagpole
    Normal, Hard, and Very Hard: Only get points from the flagpole (how it works now)

    Bombs, Arrows, and Missiles:
    Very Easy: Start with full ammo when you pick up the item
    Easy: Start with half-full ammo when you pick up the item
    Normal and Hard: Start with one pickup's worth of ammo (how it works now)
    Very Hard: Start with no ammo
