I thought this was fixed.
you dont have a super mushroom, how do you expect to dont die touching enemies?
Edit: its marked "confirmed", but i cant understand whats wrong.. am i missing something?
Edit2: i see now the spiny falling... =P
I think his (her?) complaint is that Link kills the Spiny, but still gets hit by it.
okay... i see now... =P i thought he was complaining about dying with the spiny...
No, it's this "X-zoning" stuff. The spiny isn't supposed to fall off the face of the earth like that. It didn't even die, actually, it took a hit and flashed.
Probably both in fact.
Wait, did that Spiny get stomped by a dying Link?
not stomped, but hurt with a sword.

But I didn't know that it was only related to the first one. So I thought that it was fixed too (and since it's visually the similar bug).
The X-Zoning bug was just a graphical bug caused by stomping and stabbing an enemy at the same time. This one looks like it's caused by stabbing an enemy and dying at the same time. It's related to the one where enemies can still move sometimes after you die.
The X-zoning bug can't happen in this version since it's impossible to attack and stomp and enemy at the same time. It was actually just an animation bug. This one involves physics since the spiny falls off the screen.
