Verifying Issue with koopa at beginning of Lost Levels 2-4

    There's a koopa at the beginning of 2-4 in The Lost Levels that the player can kick down the shaft to the right and chase for a potential 1-up combo, kind of like this:
    Video (Go to about 11:35 in the video.)

    However, when I just played Lost Levels 2-4 (on Normal difficulty) and tried kicking that shell, this happened:
    Video (Go to about 10:05 in the video.)

    I'm pretty sure the shell isn't supposed to rebound off the wall without falling down the shaft like that...

    UUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUGH yeah, the koopa shell sometimes ignores 1 block holes, I don't know why. This needs to be fixed.

    Edit: here's another example of the type of bullshit that can occur due to this:


    wait what the fuck did gifcam do? well, hopefully you can still see it... but seriously, gifcam shouldn't do this.

    Yeah shells going down 1-wide pits seems inconsistent. I imagine the speed at which one launches a shell can vary.
