Luigi, from Super Mario Bros., is a playable character in Super Mario Bros. Crossover.
It's about speed.
I mean, his feet/lefs are weaker → his speed is inferior
ReNeX was probably talking about something else anyway. I only deducted from the Partners in Time game, which is rather recent. >_>
Considering every game that shows either physical differences in speed, or even RPGs that grade Luigi with a much inferior SPD stat.
I really hope in the unity version Luigi slides like he does in Super Mario Bros. 2 (Japan)
Exactly like, you mean? He slides already, but it might be a little off.
I mean when you turn while you run. Luigi goes further but not in this. He should also bounce higher when he jumps on a enemy.
Just played some SMB2J and wow. I am surprised Luigi doesn't have his low traction and higher bounce on enemy's in SMBC.
Played it again and Luigi on SMBC has a wrong shade of green.
? If you're talking about the palette, they're using the FCEUX one because it looks better than the other ones.
Luigi sort of has lower traction in SMBC, but it's definitely not as pronounced as it is in SMB2j. Also, the higher bounce off of enemies is a SMB2j thing, not a Luigi thing.
I just tested the green out using the SMBDX Luigi with SMB2j's green. It's too dark and doesn't work with the brown very well.
Mario and Luigi physics are discussed more thoroughly in this thread:
I'm really hoping that the more accurate physics end up in SMBC eventually.
Ahh was curious if you guys knew or not. Well it's good to know at least.
Didn't Luigi flutter in SMA4 and SMA2? Someone needs to make a skin of that...
No, NOT fixed. We ALREADY have SMB2 Luigi, SMA1 Luigi is pretty much the same...
