    that's odd. He clearly knows of SMBC's existence...? You'd think he'd say something about rokko being added. Huh.

    He gave his reaction about the game itself and the permission to add Rokko.
    Maybe he hasn't played once since, and/or he didn't bother to send a mail just for me. What would he say anyway ?

    Oh boy, if any new skin makes it into the HTML5 port, I really hope it's Bad BoxArt MegaMan Beck. Though... what could we do with his weapons? And does he have a Rush-like assistant? I only know he has a Roll-like assistant. Also, I've found some footage where you can get the missing sprites from:


    They appear in the first or second minute. I'd get them myself, but... I've always sucked at getting sprites out of blurry images, and you've done a fantastic job so far, so... have fun. :p

    I have to admit, Beck's gameplay looks a lot more different to Mega Man's than what I thought. I'll know for sure if I get Mighty Gunvolt. But if Beck's gameplay really is too different from Mega Man's, would making him a skin of Mega Man be a bad idea? Perhaps someone who has played Mighty Gunvolt can enlighten us more on gameplay similarities and differences.

    Well, Beck does play differently in Mighty No. 9 Beta 1. But I suppose that many skins done here do play differently than the skinnable characters, so that's not a problem.

    In Mighty Gunvolt, Beck plays similarly to Mega Man except that his charged attack is a dash rather than a shot.

    this was based off a glitch in earlier versions of SMBC
    here's a vid

    EDIT: Does anyone have ideas for a portrait?

    don't forget the rest of the sprites

    for the portrait, find some way to draw the back of mega man's head and paste that on top of the default portrait

    Pretty sure they means rotating the portrait 45 degrees clock-wise.

    @Jay I hope this is appropriate to ask here but... Do the Mega Man Atari skin sheets still exist and if so... Can I use it as long as I give proper credit.

    I'm thinking about demaking Mega Man 1-6 Atari style. I just came up with the idea and thought I'd ask permission first.
