Request Multiplayer Mode: Super SMASH Crossover

    I know there's Super Smash Flash and Super Smash Land, but I thought I'd suggest this as an alternative because SSL doesn't have many characters and SSF has fuckin' Inuyasha and Narato as characters. Using existing powerups and abilities as moves would be how it would work, but I see the Mario Bros needing the most work by adding abilities from SMB 1, 2, and 3. I think only using the NES games for gameplay would be the way to go for all characters.

    I don't see the point... We are getting a new Smash Bros game in a few months or something.

    It's solely based on 8bit gameplay. Just for the novelty of it.

    In that case, Mario should hurt people with fire balls and jumping on them.

    Wait a minute... are you talking about a retro fighting game in which is 8bit characters vs other 8bit characters? Dude I have been thinking about doing that for a while now!

    Actually my understanding is that it's just a versus mode with SMBC's engine.

    ... At least my hope is that's the case, because we don't need extra coding for a simple multiplayer mode.
