Implemented Option to bring back Castlevania II striking

    In SMBC v1.x, I always really liked the effect when Simon would strike an enemy a la Castlevania II. I noticed this was taken out in SMBC 2.0x, and if possible, I'd really like for it to return, at least as an option.

    Check 2:21 -- Egoraptor agrees with you -- it's one of the very few positive things he had to say about Castlevania II. I also agree with you here.
