    Now playing as Richter again...
Why does he have to save Maria, the ultimate weapon? Is it because Annet's sprite looks like civilians?

seeing as how skins has abilities, and Richter is in the game, Why not add Maria & Alucard to Simon's skin. The abilities would be...
Maria - uses animals instead of whip (Though i think she would be a standalone character)
Alucard - Uses sword instead of whip (since he can use simon's items)
  4. AkumaXX

    AkumaXX Level 3: Paratroopa

Finally get to play Dracula's Curse (instead of Japanese version), and...
The music is so awful. Grant loses his infinite daggers.
    More to be found...

Yeah, the international version has some unfortunate downgrades. On the other hand, they redrew a bunch of sprites to look nicer, changed some palettes to be less muddy, improved some bosses' attack patterns, and added a New Game Plus mode in which enemies have new graphics and attack patterns. So really, both versions of the game have something going for them.

If only Grant was a character. He'd basically be powered up Ryu.

Too bad the extra sprites were not added. There's a least a couple more: A view of his back and a secondary hurt sprite.
